DELF/DALF Schedule

DELF/DALF diplomas are awarded by the French Ministry of Education to prove the French-language skills of non-French candidates. Candidates can take DELF and DALF diplomas independently of each other, in the same country or in different countries and without any time limits.
DELF/DALF dilplomas consist of 6 separate diplomas corresponding to the 6 levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (levels A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2)
B1 DELF Threshold level
B2 DELF Vantage level
C1 DALF Proficiency level
C2 DALF Advanced Level
DELF and DALF diplomas are valid for life and are recognized worldwide.
Nantes Université is an approved test centre for levels B1, B2, C1 & C2.

If you need to have your exams adapted ( extra/additional time, test adaptation or human assistance), you must declare your need 2 months before the test to your exam center.
Conditions of admission / Conditions of successful application
Registration for DELF/DALF is open to everyone. You do not have to be a student at the Nantes Université to register. Any foreign national wishing to assess and validate their French skills for personal or professional purposes may take the exam.

How to prepare for DELF/DALF ?
Candidates can practice with the books available at the Language Resource Centre. You can also visit France Education International websites which offers samples and practice papers, as well as a complete bibliography of resources. Once you click on "submission", you will be directed to a registration platform. You will then have to fill in your details and attach a piece of identification (identity card or passport).
If the online payment fails, payment on site is possible by credit card, cheque made out to "Régie recettes SUL" or cash.
Exam registration fees are not refundable. i-FLE reserves the right to cancel a session if the number of candidates is deemed insufficient. In this case, different options will be proposed to you, according to the possibilities: To take the tests of lower or higher level if these levels are proposed. Transfer your registration to another session or another DELF/DALF centre (Angers or Le Mans) if the dates of these centres correspond to those of i-FLE.
